The appellant as plaintiff below filed a complaint for divorce; the appellee as defendant below filed answer under Rule 1-3 of the Supreme Court of Indiana and filed a cross complaint in two paragraphs, the first paragraph being for separation from bed and board for limited time and the second paragraph being for absolute divorce. To the cross complaint the appellant filed answer under Rule 1-3 of the Supreme Court of Indiana.
