This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court of Pierce County which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals denying the claimant, Beatrice M. Lawson, a widow's pension.

The sole issue is whether there was sufficient evidence to justify submitting the case to the jury on the issue of whether the death of claimant's husband was attributable to an injury sustained...
