NIX, Judge.

This is an attempted appeal by Buster Simpson, hereinafter referred to as defendant, who was charged by Information in the County Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, with the crime of "Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor". He was tried, found guilty, and punishment assessed at 10 days in the County Jail and $100.00 Fine.
