CHAVEZ, Justice.

Appellant, Lloyd Romero, was convicted of the crime of assault with intent to kill Johnny Silva, as alleged in count I of the information, and was also found guilty of count III of assault with a deadly weapon upon Johnny Herrera. From the judgment and sentence of the district court, Lloyd Romero appeals.

The judgment and sentence of the court on count I was that appellant be confined in the state penitentiary for a term of not less than seven...
