BUSSEY, Judge.

This is an appeal from the District Court of Tulsa County from a judgment and sentence rendered against Ronnie Vernon Leroy McGowan for the Offense of Indecent Exposure fixing his punishment at Six Years in the Oklahoma State Penitentiary.
