R. & H. Construction Company, Inc., executed and delivered a bond secured by a mortgage in chief of the First National Bank of York, York, Pa. The mortgage was recorded March 7, 1960. Judgment was entered on the bond by the bank. Execution followed and sheriff's sale of the real property covered by the mortgage was had on July 29, 1961.

At the time of the sale, notice of the following liens was in the hands of the sheriff...
