This is an appeal by Waldo Blanchard, a lessor, and others, from an order of the Corporation Commission, and involves the rights of royalty owners as to the one-eighth royalty portion of gas produced from the Morrow Sand in the Laverne Field situated in Harper, Ellis and Beaver Counties, Oklahoma.
