DIMOND, Justice.

Jack Wilson was a passenger in an airplane which crashed on September 17, 1959. He brought this personal injury action against Interior Airways, Inc., the owner of the plane. A jury returned a verdict in favor of Wilson for $60,000, but the court entered judgment for only $50,000 — the amount prayed for in the complaint. Both parties have appealed.
