Shoni Uranium Corporation brought an action against Vitro Minerals Corporation alleging breach of a written agreement in which Vitro had been granted certain mining rights on Shoni claims. Upon trial the court found generally for plaintiff as to the breach of the agreement and that Shoni was entitled either to elect payment of advance royalty or to termination of the agreement and when plaintiff elected...
