John Kimbrough and other tax paying citizens of the City of Haskell were granted a permanent injunction against the Mayor, all members of the City Council and the City Secretary enjoining them "from paying out any more of the funds of the City of Haskell for attorneys' fees to prosecute suits against the North Central Texas Municipal Water Authority or from paying out any of said funds for expense...
