Wilford Curzon, respondent herein, is a trucking contractor licensed by the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Idaho to haul road materials and mine products or minerals. Wells Cargo, Inc., appellant herein, is a Nevada corporation, authorized to do business in Idaho. Appellant's business activities in Idaho include contract hauling, general contracting and strip mining.
