Dorothy Gillespie brought suit for damages against William B. Wesson on account of personal injuries growing out of a fall onto the concrete parking apron in front of a building. Such occurred as result of hanging her shoe heel on a "nosing" on the threshold at the front door of defendant's premises as she was walking from the inside thereof out to her automobile parked outside. $2,900.00 was the amount of plaintiff's damages.
