This appeal is from that part of the decision of the Board of Appeals which affirmed the examiner's rejection of claims 60, 62, 64 to 68, 73 to 75 and 77 to 79 of appellant's application Ser. No. 265,3161 for a patent for "Panel Structure." Twenty-six claims have been allowed.
