This is an appeal from an Order of the District Court summarily denying petitioner's motion under 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255, for the correction of a sentence, based on his contention that it should be construed, by its terms, to run concurrently with the sentence he is now serving. We granted leave to appeal in forma pauperis, ordered the record certified here, and appointed counsel who filed brief and argued the case on behalf of the petitioner...
