This appeal is from the decision of the Board of Appeals affirming the examiner's rejection of claims 9 through 11, and 22 through 29 of appellant's application1 for a patent entitled "Method and Apparatus for Bending Glass Sheets or Plates." Claims 13 through 21 have been allowed.
