This is a divorce case. Our jurisdiction rests upon a conflict of opinions of the Courts of Civil Appeals.

A proper construction of Rule 386, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, is the question presented by this appeal. That rule requires an appellant to file "the transcript and statement of facts" with the Court of Civil Appeals within 60 days from the trial court final judgment.
