This action was commenced pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1338(a, b), 1400(b), 35 U.S.C. § 281 and 15 U.S.C. § 1121 and it alleges several separate and distinct claims related to patents, trademark infringements, and unfair competition. It alleges the patent infringement of a novelty pocket knife, a finger nail and toe nail clipper, several trademark infringements applicable to each of said items and multiple claims of unfair competition...
