The plaintiffs in error along with one, Dewey Davis, were indicted for armed robbery. Dewey Davis was acquitted. Grove was sentenced to serve ten (10) years in the penitentiary; Tommie Lee Walker was sentenced to serve fifteen (15) years in the penitentiary; and Robert Lee Walker was sentenced to serve fifteen (15) years in the penitentiary.
