This suit involves the question of whether a certain deed should be cancelled. Stephen Vaughan was the owner of a certain 40 acres in Pulaski County, Arkansas. After the death of Vaughan, and through a division of his property by the exchange of deeds, a daughter, Lee Anna Vaughan, became the record owner of 10 acres (of the 40), which is the property in dispute in this litigation.
