These are separate appeals on behalf of the five appellants who were tried and convicted in the Southern District of Florida for violating the anti-fraud provisions of the Securities Act of 1933, 15 U.S.C.A. § 77q(a), the Mail Fraud Statute, 18 U.S.C.A. § 1341, and the conspiracy provisions of the criminal Code, 18 U.S.C.A. § 371.
