Suit was brought against appellant individually and as Independent Executrix of the Estate of J. R. Wilson, Deceased, to set aside trustee's sales under four deeds of trust covering a section of land in Reeves County, Texas. Appellant filed a counter-claim in trespass to try title against the four appellees, and also joined as cross-defendant Billie Sol Estes, who had purchased the land in controversy from appellant's deceased husband and had executed...
