A suit for infringement was brought below by appellees, owner and assignee of the Schneider patent No. 2,954,620, for "identification means." The individual defendant, Max Twentier, had been employed by appellee, The Firm of John Dickinson Schneider, Inc., in 1958 as its marketing manager.
