This is an appeal from an order of the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri overruling appellant's petition for writ of error coram nobis. Appellant was indicted under the Federal Kidnapping Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1201, and the Mann Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2421.
