This is an appeal from the Perry Chancery Court's dismissal of a complaint for divorce. The parties, appellant Guy Napier and appellee Mary Napier, were married at Hartwell, Georgia, on September 27, 1960, and later moved to Mountain Home, where they purchased a home.
