This is a suit for damages arising out of personal injuries sustained by plaintiff, Martha Selmikeit (appellant), a feme sole, when she fell in a passenger bus being operated by an employee of defendant, El Paso City Lines (appellee). Plaintiff alleges in her petition that defendant's bus operator "caused said bus to have an unnecessary jerk" as plaintiff was attempting to get off of the bus at a stop in the City of El Paso, resulting in plaintiff...
