This is a Workmen's Compensation case, which involves a carnival worker. Rufus V. Lewellen, alias Ernest Welch, was given employment on September 2, 1961, at Lincoln, Nebraska, by Glen Joplin, general manager of appellee, William T. Collins Shows. He was assigned by Joplin to work on the "scrambler ride." The carnival, from Lincoln, moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas, for its next showing, to be held at the fairgrounds.
