This is an appeal by the successful plaintiff in a personal injury suit against one of two defendants complaining that the trial court deprived him of the right to have the jury pass on whether there was joint liability by the two named defendants. Appellant obtained a jury verdict, and therefore a judgment, against the defendant McCrory, after the trial court directed the jury that the plaintiff was entitled to a verdict either again McCrory...
