Goeddel brought this action in the district court against Aircraft Finance, Inc. and the Denver United States National Bank and E. B. Jeppesen as co-executors of the Estate of Don W. Vest. He alleged that he had purchased 49% of the stock of Aircraft Finance, Inc. from the decedent Vest and that as a result he was a major stockholder in the company.
