Defendant has moved to dismiss an information which charges in each of two counts that defendant, with unlawful and fraudulent intent, knowingly caused a falsely made "security" to be transported in interstate commerce in violation of the third paragraph of 18 U.S.C. § 2314.1 The security referred to in each count is a "Credit-Charge Slip" (hereinafter "charge slip") issued by the Atlantic Refining Company....
