Appellee, Minnie Carpenter, joined by her husband, H. W. Carpenter, brought this suit against appellant, W. W. West, alleging a breach of an oil and gas lease contract. The oil and gas lease with appellees as lessor and appellant as lessee was executed on December 3, 1956. By this suit appellees sought a cancellation of the lease in addition to damages to their land as a result of salt water going onto the land from the test well being drilled...
