A Workmen's Compensation case. Monroe Oliver Lyles was injured on July 13, 1959. He was working for H. L. Allen Oil Company in Houston, Harris County, Texas. He died on June 8, 1960, of an acute myocardial infarction. Plaintiff-appellant, Mary Oliver Lyles, a widow, prosecuted the case against defendant-appellee, Texas Employers' Insurance Association.
