This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of defendants. Plaintiff Blum brought this action against J. A. Elkins, Sr., First City National Bank of Houston, Carnavon Corporation and J. F. Elrod, to recover exemplary damages in the amount of $1,000,000.00, as a result of an alleged fraudulent sale of certain property in Harris County, Texas, on November 7, 1953, and he also sought to cancel and set aside all conveyances made to and by appellees...
