During the period from 1955 to March 15, 1961, claimant-respondent was employed by the Nampa State School (hereinafter referred to as the school) as a painter and maintenance man. By letter dated March 15, 1951, claimant was notified that his employment was being terminated as of April 13, 1961, by reason of acts of insubordination.
