This is an action for the construction of an oil and gas lease executed by appellants, as lessors, to appellee Fred Turner, Jr., as lessee, and dated February 27, 1947. The remaining appellees are assignees and co-owners of the lessee's interest. The sole question for determination is the amount of royalty reserved in such lease by appellants.
