In the exercise of the right of eminent domain, the Arkansas State Highway Commission condemned for highway purposes, a strip of land 13 feet wide across the front of two tracts of land owned by appellee, Charles H. Wilmans, in Jackson County. The damages estimated by appraisers for the Highway Commission amounted to $6,275.00. We will designate the separate parcels as the north and south tracts.
