McDONALD, Chief Justice.

The Chief of Police of the City of San Antonio indefinitely suspended appellee Strickland from the San Antonio Police Department for violation of certain Civil Service and Police Department rules. Strickland appealed to the Firemen's and Policemen's Civil Service Commission which, after hearing, found him guilty of a portion of the violations charged, and under the provisions of Article 1269m Vernon's Ann.Tex.St., suspended him for 6 months...
