This cause arose as the result of personal injuries while the plaintiff was a guest passenger in an automobile involved in an accident on November 22, 1961, at about 4:30 P.M. The place of the accident was about eleven and one-half miles north of Glasgow, Montana, on the Glasgow Air Force Base highway. Plaintiff was riding with one George P. Brien, who was driving south.
