Boutell, took his 1955 Chrysler Sedan, which was then three and one-half years old and had been driven about 25,000 miles, to defendant Scott's Royal Tire Co., Inc., Kansas City, Missouri, with instructions to realign the front wheels, the front end, and rotate three of the tires.
