This is an action sounding in tort commenced by Anthony Henderson, an infant, suing by next friend, Ida Jane Henderson, seeking to collect damages for the alleged wrongful death of his mother under the circumstances hereinafter related. There was a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $13,500.00, which was approved by the Trial Court.
