The City of Knoxville in the exercise of its power of eminent domain brought this action against Clinton Livestock Auction Company to acquire for highway purposes a triangular tract of land containing 5,142 square feet, fronting 91 feet on Willow Street in Knoxville. As authorized by T.C.A. § 23-1526, the condemner paid into court the sum of $6428.00, as the value of the land.
