The complaint alleges that the plaintiff, Corsi Bros., Inc., owned a certain tractor, which shall hereafter be referred to as "the Corsi tractor", and that the defendant, John A. Daly, also owned a tractor which shall hereafter be referred to as "the Daly tractor". The defendant, Raymond Clapper, Jr., was an employee of Daly.
