The last will of Caroline Behrens, deceased, was admitted to probate on January 26, 1959. On August 21, 1959, Clara Friedrichs filed this suit against Alfred Reinhardt, executor under the will, to cancel and hold for naught the order admitting said will to probate. After an adverse judgment in the county court, her suit was tried in the district court upon the agreed stipulation that the sole issue was whether the testatrix had testamentary capacity...
