A. M. Dunn, the father of Daniel Bruce Dunn, brought suit individually and as next friend of his son against Sears Roebuck and Co. and V. L. Martin, to recover damages resulting from injuries sustained by the son when his bicycle and a panel truck belonging to Sears Roebuck and Company and driven by its employee, V. L.
