This is an appeal from the judgment of the circuit court rendered in review proceedings affirming an order of the Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of St. Joseph. Cross appeals have been taken both by plaintiff, an owner of a residence property in St. Joseph, and by the defendants—the board and its members.
