This is a petition filed in the Land Court on April 29, 1959, under the provisions of G.L.c. 240, § 14A, and G.L.c. 185, § 1 (j 1/2), to determine the validity of an amendment to the zoning ordinance of the city of Somerville. The original zoning ordinance had been enacted on December 30, 1925.
