The Farmers & Merchants National Bank of Kaufman, holder of a judgment against Abe Lichtenstein, filed suit in Kaufman County against Lichenstein and Harold A. Pollman and wife, Leah Pollman, to set aside a deed from Lichtenstein to Pollman. The Bank alleges that the conveyance was executed in order to delay, hinder and defraud Lichtenstein's creditors. Pollman is Lichtenstein's son-in-law.
