This is an action condemning land for highway purposes. Part of the land so condemned was the property of defendants Sam Trapino and his wife Jean Trapino. The commissioners appointed by the court assessed the damages due these defendants at the sum of $75,000. These defendants filed exceptions to the award of the commissioners, and upon trial by jury there was a verdict for the defendants...
