Appellee was charged in the justice-of-the-peace court with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving, pursuant to §§ 64-22-2 and 64-22-3, N.M.S.A., 1953 Comp. Appellee was found guilty of both offenses and sentenced to pay a fine of $100 and $5 court costs on the charge of driving while intoxicated, and to pay a fine of $25 and $5 court costs on the reckless driving charge.
