This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in favor of the defendant in an action brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b), et seq., for injuries allegedly sustained by a female infant as an aftermath of an antibiotic injection which she received while being treated in a United States Army hospital.
