This is a suit brought by E. O. Prewitt as Guardian of the person and estate of Mrs. W. F. Allison, alleged to be a person of unsound mind, for the cancellation of a deed executed by the said Mrs. Allison in favor of the appellant M. V. Watson dated April 23, 1955.
